Do not put PPS numbers, medical detail, bank cards, passwords, or a private argument on the record. A voice note and a photo are stored as sent and sent to OpenAI to be read. We do not strip extra detail out first.

Log in as yourself. Do not share a password. Office decides who has a seat.

Do not try to open another business's book, scrape the product, or push load at the service for no work reason.

Shared demo accounts are for showing the product. Treat anything on those seats as demonstration data, not a live job.

The office that runs the account can shut a seat. We can suspend an account that puts the service or other people's data at risk.
