JOBPROOF

Terms

Notes in.
Invoices out.

JobProof is a day book for a trade business. A person still confirms, prices, and signs. This page is how that works today, not legal advice.

What JobProof is

These terms cover jobproof.ie and the logged-in product. Last updated 11 September 2026. They are not legal advice.

JobProof is a day book: notes in from the van, invoices out from the office. A person still confirms anything unclear, sets rates, and signs.

The business that holds the account is responsible for what its people put in a note and for how it bills its customers.

Accounts

You need a login issued by that business. Keep it to yourself. Office can change seats.

Demo logins are for demonstration. Do not run live jobs on them.

The book

The original note is kept. The structured visit is a reading of that note, not a replacement for it.

JobProof does not message customers. An exported invoice is what the office chose to send. Margin stays internal.

Availability

We aim to keep the product up. We do not promise it will never fail. Take a copy of anything you must keep outside the product if your own process needs that.

Law

Irish law governs these terms. Irish courts have jurisdiction.
